Ed Brown He is one of the most popular cast members in 90 Day Fiance His journey began on 90 Day Fiancé: Before The 90 Days, when he met Rose Vega. Ed and Rose had met online and after four months he decided to go meet her in the Philippines. Unfortunately, it didn’t take long for their relationship to go sour, leaving Ed heartbroken. However, after returning home, Ed started a new relationship with Liz Woods on 90 Day: The Single Life.
Over the course of five seasons, viewers watched the turbulent dynamic between Ed and Liz unfold. The former couple went on to appear on two seasons of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?, as well as the first season of 90 Day: The Last Resort. Eventually, Ed decided that he and Liz weren’t right for each other, leading him to call off their wedding during season eight of Happily Ever After?.
Reality Tea had the chance to catch up with Ed and find out how he’s doing post-breakup. Ed had a lot to say about his time on the show, as well as some big things he has in store for the future!
Ed has grown throughout his time on 90 Day Fiancé.
Ed has been on our screens for a number of years now. He is no longer the man he was when viewers first met him. When asked if he ever imagined he would become so famous, Ed replied, “I had no idea.” He had never even heard of the show, which is ironic given that he has become one of its most famous stars. Although producers told him he would be “known worldwide,” Ed never thought such a thing would be possible.
In total, Ed has appeared in six seasons of the 90 Day Fiancé spinoffs, which is more than the average cast member. We asked Ed to pick his favorite season, from his debut on Before The 90 Days to his final season on Happily Ever After?. Ed said his favorite season was Before The 90 Days Season 4, “because I didn’t know what I was doing.” Furthermore, Ed confirmed that “the world really captured who I am.”
On the other hand, Ed’s final season featured an interesting twist. In season 8 of Happily Ever After?, all the couples were living together during the Tell All, which led to some interesting twists. When asked how he felt about the new format, Ed replied, “The most interesting thing was that we would go to the studio and have a good laugh, and then we would go home and everyone would be drinking and having a good time.” While the new Tell All format was certainly unconventional, it was also a lot of fun.
After season eight, viewers may be curious to know if Ed plans to film the series again. “You know I’m not really sure,” Ed admitted. He explained that he’s focusing on his career right now, but added, “TLC would love to be part of the journey.”
Ed has some big things in store for the future.
After several seasons of filming in a row, Ed is very focused on the future. Following his split from Liz, we asked Ed about his current relationship status today. Ed recently posted a photo with a new mystery woman on Instagram, leading fans to speculate that he might be seeing her. Ed replied, “She’s a really good friend of mine. She’s someone who likes to keep things private.” However, he added that he thinks “this is going to lead to something special.”
Aside from his love life, Ed has other plans for the near future, with more on the horizon! On Friday, September 13th and Saturday, September 14th, Ed will be participating in a special partnership with Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop in Plantation, Florida. Ed will be participating in this partnership to raise money for a foundation called Remember Nicholas, an organization close to his heart.
The event will feature the Big Ed sandwich, which features “turkey, cranberries, stuffing, and mayo.” The sandwich is also a “24-karat gold foil version” of another sandwich on the menu. Ed will be standing behind the counter making the sandwiches himself, which will be a great opportunity for fans to meet and interact with him. Additionally, Ed confirmed, “We’ll also be doing a lot of fun games and I’ll be signing headshots and handing out stickers.” Ed’s partnership with Capriotti’s is definitely an opportunity you don’t want to miss!
