Drew Sidora was “not impressed” with the RHOA newbies

We are all doing our best to survive The Real Housewives of Atlanta Drought however Drew Sidora It makes it seem like we don’t have much to look forward to when they inevitably return for season 16.

The upcoming season was supposed to be a triumphant return for the glorious franchise, with Porsha Williams returning along with some new faces. After that, things went wrong, as Kenya Moore left the show midway through the season under questionable circumstances.

Bravo has done its best to put a band-aid on Season 16, but there’s no word yet on when it will premiere. Meanwhile, Drew said she wasn’t “a fan” of the new blood in the cast. Is it already time for a reboot?

Drew Sidora isn’t sold on the new peaches

For the sixteenth season, Bravo hired three newbies: Brittany Eddy, Kelly Ferrell, and Angela Oakley. They also finally gave Shami Morton Mwangi a peach after years of floating on the sidelines.

This all sounded exciting on paper, but according to Drew, none of the rookies pulled it off. She told Us Weekly that we have to police and judge ourselves, but her expectations are low for now.

“We have some new energy, so we’ll see. We’ll all see together what they really bring,” Drew explained before issuing the final verdict.

“I wasn’t impressed,” Drew declared. “I was telling myself, ‘At this point, bring back the OGs.’”

When asked which OGs she’d like to see return, she specifically called out some legends from last season’s crew who were cut, including Sheree Whitfield and Marlo Hampton. Just like the rest of us, Drew longs for a bygone era of RHOA.

However, Drew promised that season 16 won’t be a complete failure. She said Cynthia Bailey was her saving grace. If anything, she wants to see more of Cynthia in the future and reduce the number of these random newbies.

“Cynthia showed up, but I needed more from her,” Drew admitted. “Cynthia really brought me into the group, so I was happy to have her back, but we need more of her.”

“She needs to regain her rightful place as a peach bearer,” Drew continued.

There’s no word on when Real Housewives of Atlanta will return for Season 16, but in the meantime, you can relive the good old days at Peacock.
