Dick Van Dyke reveals his secrets to staying fit at 98 years old

“I have always exercised three days a week,” Van Dijk continued. “I train with weights and on the treadmill as well and I try to maintain that. You can’t stay young forever. You can stay young forever. That’s why I never grow up.”

The only thing that might need to be upgraded is its trophy rack. On June 7, Van Dyke made history as the oldest Daytime Emmy Award winner, taking home the statue in the Guest Performance in the Daytime Drama Series category for his work on Days of our lives.
