Although David Beador No longer part of the Real Housewives of Orange County franchise, viewers have been keeping a close eye on him. News emerged this week that David has been accused of ignoring a court order made by his ex-wife, Leslie Beador. The two have been involved in a bitter breakup, and things seem to have taken a turn for the worse.
David Beador’s legal issues take another turn
According to In Touch, David filed the restraining order a few days after being hit with a temporary restraining order. On September 16, court documents reported that Leslie’s ex-husband, Erics Bucky, with whom she has two children, claimed that David had filed a civil harassment restraining order. Eriks noted that the 60-year-old filed the order because he complied with “the court order to bring his children on September 8, at the home where David and Leslie reside.” Eriks already had a restraining order against David since December 7, 2023, the filing showed.
The restraining order against David prevents the former RHOC star from getting close to Eriks. Leslie’s ex-husband claimed that during a recent custody exchange, David “violated” his established order of protection by getting within 100 yards of his car. It was alleged that David was also “screaming obscenities at him”. Ericks told the outlet that he has not yet received the official paperwork. However, David’s lawyers informed him that the court had rejected his request for an interim order and set a hearing for October 11.

The file also showed that Ericks asked the court not to force him to testify at the hearing. This is because Leslie is set to seek a permanent restraining order against David. But the judge rejected his request and ordered his attendance remotely. In September, Leslie filed a request for a temporary restraining order. She then requested that the matter include her and her three children. David filed for divorce three times but rejected all cases. Now, Leslie claims David is creating a “hostile environment.”
