Danielle Oliveira saw “both sides” of Karl and Lindsay’s breakup
Summer House fans are still reeling from their long-awaited breakup scene Carl Radke And Lindsey Hubbard. And now it’s time to watch the reunion, where the formerly engaged couple will be face to face for the first time since their split.
Lindsay is sure to have her say. Kyle Cook will come to his friend’s defense. But what can fans expect from the rest of the cast in terms of reactions to the ill-fated engagement?
Danielle “was fine” with Carl at the reunion
“It was nice to hear his side.” Daniel Oliveira She exclusively told Us Weekly about her reunion experience. “I guess after all that, I really wanted to talk to him about it.”
The Donne App founder admitted that time has cooled her emotions on the issue. Danielle is good friends with both Carl and Lindsay, and fans were expecting her to defend the former publicist.
“I wanted to scream at him about it in real time,” she explained. “But now a lot of time has passed, and [at] Reunited, you were fine.”
While the cast toned down the drama in the Season 8 reunion, Carl explained why he broke off his relationship with Lindsay. Danielle admitted that she “can see both sides.”
Initially, the reality TV star broke off her relationship with Karl to show solidarity with her friend. The same way Charlotte did Mr. Big in 2008’s Sex and the City after he left Carrie at the altar.
Danielle gave a nod to the beloved film when she explained how things have improved between her and Karl.
“He lives in Brooklyn. I met him here, and I live in Brooklyn too, and I don’t feel like Charlotte so much,” she said. “I don’t curse the day he was born as much.”
It’s something that “happens over time, and it happens with seeing both sides. I wish I could say I hated it. I don’t,” Danielle said.
Danielle believes “more time is needed” for Lindsay and Karl to be able to film together
Cameras will start rolling again soon filming Season 9 of Summer House. Danielle doesn’t see how the former couple will be able to film together at this point.
“In this world where we’re supposed to be filming together or whatever, but this animal is bigger,” Danielle said. “They were engaged and now they’re not. So maybe more time is needed for that to happen.”
There were more than one disagreements within the cast, and the Winter House star admitted that she “didn’t know I could share a house again with Lindsay after what happened.” [between us in Season 7]. It’s crazy how time really heals it.”
