“The first red flag was my significant weight loss,” the reality TV personality told E! Al Khabar in an exclusive interview. “I lost enough that others noticed and asked about my nutritional tricks, but there was nothing I changed in my daily life to cause the loss.”

So, when she discovered a lump in her breast in late March, the mother of three jumped into action.

“I booked myself a mammogram,” the 53-year-old said, stressing the importance of self-examinations at home. “I just had a scan eight months ago and the results came back clean. However, this new mammogram and sonogram did not, it showed a lump.”

The biopsy confirmed her worst fears — “it was malignant” — and subsequent tests revealed even more terrifying news. Her official diagnosis: she had stage 3 invasive carcinoma, meaning her breast cancer was spreading rapidly.
