Craig Conover praised Paige DeSorbo’s “transparent nature.”

“I was actually at a business dinner in Missouri and my partner noticed my phone was calling me, so I answered and she had a panic attack and I was able to get over it,” Craig told E! news. “It was scary for everyone involved because you’re not there to help and she was very brave and was able to come forward.”

After getting the situation under control, Paige took to the stage with co-host Hannah Berner and shared her experience with the audience that night. Craig praised her for sharing her vulnerability.

“With her incredible nature of transparency, she shared it with all of her listeners that night on the show,” the Sewing Down South founder said. “What we realize is that the more honest we are with things, the more people say: ‘Me too, me too’.”

He added: “On this trip, she is trying to discover the matter, because it came out of nowhere.” “She’s sharing this journey with everyone, and I hope she’s able to reach out and help others.”

Paige was “a little disappointed” because the panic came out of nowhere

In her own words, Paige revealed that she had her “first real panic attack.” The anxiety came out of nowhere, and the Summer House star said she didn’t know “what it was about.”

“I was about to go on stage in front of 3,000 people, so you could say, ‘Oh yeah, it’s stage fright,’ except I’d done it 50 times before,” she explained. “I’ve been on reality TV for six years. You can’t say anything to me that would upset me at this point. I was partly frustrated because I was like, ‘What’s going on with my body?'”

The fashion contributor took beta blockers to deal with the immediate symptoms. Additionally, Paige has “never taken medication for anxiety before” despite dealing with “generalized anxiety.”

“I always said, ‘I’m stronger than that,'” she said. That’s all in my head. I’m strong enough to tell myself to get rid of this, but I don’t. Admitting that to yourself is part of the battle.”

“I didn’t plan for this to happen,” Paige added. “This is my job so I know I can do it. Obviously this is something that’s been happening for me that I need to figure out.”

Courage was overwhelmed with support from fans. Some sent tips for dealing with anxiety and panic attacks.

“I’m so grateful for other people’s laughter,” Paige shared. “Because I felt less alone.”
