Chanel channeled her inner Britney Spears for Season 2 of Dubai
“I’m representing a Britney Spears moment, like the way she shaved her head, she was a fierce girl who was going through things, but she still… Which Girl. That’s my look, you know?” she told Entertainment Tonight. “I was tired of people saying my wigs were too cheap, so I said, ‘You know what? I don’t need a wig.’“.
Chanel went on to say that her “vibe” for the new season is “Britney.” The supermodel noticed the major differences between the seasons. “I think, in the first season, I was more, like, no Care. In season 2, I was more interested. Does this make sense?”
Elsewhere in the interview, the Bravo band discussed their Season 2 tagline, which suggests that someone else’s jealousy isn’t their problem.
“Bitch! That means period,” she said. “If you’re jealous of me, that is for you The problem of damned mothers, no My problem, okay? I am a Somali girl, hello. It’s not my problem.”
Chanel said she linked up with Ariana Madix after her Season 2 fight with Lisa Milan
Fans have heard rumors of Chanel having a falling out with her best friend Lisa Milan. Chanel detailed this during her interview, saying she was “broken-hearted” over the demise of their friendship.
“I’m really upset because there was so much love in my friendship with Lisa,” she said. “It’s like my family. I don’t throw friends away, you know?”
“I’d never watched Vanderpump Rules before, but Rihanna was somewhere recently, and she said, ‘Oh, Vanderpump Rules is the best…’ … So I said, ‘I’ll start watching Vanderpump.’ So, I’m watching Vanderpump Season 10 and 11 — I think the last one I didn’t start from the beginning I started from where [Scandoval] Drama happened, and I feel like I do too Ariana Madix. i am good, [loving and supportive] friend.”
“I was very surprised,” she noted. “You guys will understand why I’m heartbroken.”
Although we don’t know what caused the drift, the trailer teased their explosive fight. “My friendship with you is over,” she said. We’ll have to keep watching to see what happens next.
