Captain Sandy is “blown away” on the wedding day

Believe it or not, even Captain Sandy Yoon He has a soft spot. The Below Deck Mediterranean boss has tied the knot with Leah Schiffer, and is enjoying marital bliss. During a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, she revealed all the warm, fuzzy feelings she feels now that she’s officially a married woman.

Captain Sandy got her happily ever after

The newlyweds first met in 2018 over Facebook, and then last year, Captain Sandy popped the question during a “Fairy Tale” screening. The two finally married in May 2024 during an intimate ceremony on a yacht because of course they would.

They were joined by 50 of their close friends, some Below Deck producers, and a couple of Bravolebs, like Kate Chastain and Aesha Scott. Andy Cohen was on the guest list but was unable to attend. Send a “generous” gift instead. Now that things have settled down after the big surprise, Captain Sandy said she feels a sense of fullness that she has never experienced before.

“I’m blown away,” Captain Sandy said, before revealing that Leah did all the wedding planning. Sandy said she kind of “showed up,” which is her trademark. Then she started talking about all the big feelings she feels now that she’s a wife.

“Feeling complete,” Sandy gushed to Andy. “I just never felt that way.”

We love that Sandy feels complete. Even for those of us who secretly hold a grudge against Hannah Ferrer, you have to admit it’s nice to see Sandy happy. Everyone deserves to find their person.

You can watch the newlyweds on Below Deck Mediterranean. New episodes air Mondays on Bravo at 9/8c.
