“I had a client who had spent a million euros on a charter, and he was very rude to my crew,” the captain continued. “I called the boss and said, ‘I’ll cancel your charter tomorrow if you treat my crew like that again.’ They changed it to this, because I called the owner and he said, ‘I don’t need the money. I’m ending the charter.’”
