Brittany Cartwright won’t accept negative comments about her son
Has anyone else seen it? Brittany Cartwright Featured on her Instagram Stories the other day? Apparently, The Valley star is tired of people commenting on her parenting skills. She wants everyone to leave Cruz alone, and we totally agree with her.
The line has been crossed
In Season 1 of The Valley, we followed Brittany and Jax Taylor as they navigated the difficulties of raising a young child. They decided to take him to speech therapy after noticing some developmental challenges. Now that Jax and Brittany have split, they’ve focused on being good parents, but of course, some fans have unnecessarily lashed out on social media. Brittany doesn’t want to hear that.
In her stories, she sent a message to anyone looking to voice their opinion on Cruz. Instagram Stories may expire after 24 hours, but screenshots last forever. Fortunately, People magazine obtained screenshots of her Instagram Stories.
“You guys can enjoy the drama of my life, I don’t care but leave the innocent behind,” Brittany wrote [sic] Sons name out of it! Don’t act like you know anything about him watching 30 minutes of a show that was taped last summer.
She continued: “I am doing everything I can for him, so how dare some of you!? It’s enough that he’s a perfect, innocent child and I won’t allow strangers to act like they know what’s going on in his life. He talked about me, he talked about his father, I don’t care, but enough!!!!!!
With all those exclamation marks, you know she’s serious. Additionally, a source close to the Bravo star said she feels “hurt” reading comments from fans questioning her parenting skills. The insider reiterated that Cruise’s well-being is the top priority for both Jax and Brittany. So, let’s all cut them some slack.
The Valley airs on Bravo every Tuesday at 9/8c.
