Don’t Be Tardy Graduates Kim Zolciak Kroy Biermann is dealing with one of the messiest divorces in Real Housewives history. The couple met while Kim was still filming Real Housewives of Atlanta. They married and had four children. Additionally, Kroy adopted Kim’s daughters, brill berman And Ariana Berman.
Somewhere along the way, this happy mess turned bitter. Kim and Kroy filed for divorce but called it off in an attempt to reconcile. Eventually, Kroy filed again. But now Brielle is facing something all too familiar to her parents – a lawsuit.
Brielle Berman has been sued for her alleged involvement in a car accident.
Brielle has had some financial difficulties of her own. Her Range Rover was impounded in March. But before that, in February 2024, Brielle announced that she was engaged to Billy Seidel. Billy is a minor league baseball player. Hopefully this marriage will be a lot better than the fire of shame her parents left behind.
Now, Brielle is facing a new legal battle. In Touch reports that Brielle has been slapped with a lawsuit from Philip Gibson. According to legal documents, Philip claims that on July 5, Brielle’s car swerved in front of him so she could make a turn. “In order to avoid colliding with the defendant’s vehicle, I was forced to run onto the center curb of the roundabout, causing significant damage to my left rear wheel and tire,” the court documents state. He is seeking $750 in damages.
Sources close to Brielle have said she was not involved in the incident. In fact, insiders claim Brielle had not set foot in Georgia since July 3, two days before the alleged incident.
Meanwhile, Kroy and Kim finally have a divorce trial date. A judge in Fulton County, Georgia, has set a trial date for November 5 and 6, 2024. The judge urged the former couple to try to resolve their mountain of issues through mediation before the trial date. I think we’re all tired of this scene.
