Bree Mueller and Gayle Cameron are ‘very amazed’ by Below Deck Med Tip.

Who would have thought that serving uninspiring food and losing a guest on a charter ship almost at sea would earn a huge tip? under the surface of the mediterranean sea stars brie mueller And Gayle Cameron We were just as surprised as we were when Gigi Fernandez, the girlfriend of Captain Sandy Yawn, left a huge tip on her way off the luxury yacht. No one expected a cool $25,000 after guests complained about the food and there was a lot of commotion with the water toys. So what exactly went down, and how did Bri and Gayle feel about the generous tip?

Bad food and paddleboard disaster equal good advice

Sandy was so excited to have Gigi on board her yacht for the second time. She explained to the department heads that Gigi expects nothing but the best. For some reason, Chef Jono Shillingford thought serving grilled chicken breasts and an easy oven-baked bun was the best.

Bosun Ian McKellen wasn’t much better. While guests were playing with the water toys, Gail was sent on a break. That meant no deckhands to watch over the guests. Unfortunately, Nathan Gallagher and one of the charter guests began drifting out to sea on their paddleboards.

Even after all the drama, Gigi gave the crew a hefty tip. Needless to say, everyone was shocked. Brie and Gail opened up about the drama and their thoughts on the tip to Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live via TikTok.

Andy asked about the large tip, and Bree said she was “very surprised.” He then wondered if the food had anything to do with her tip being smaller than it should have been.

“I actually had no idea the food was so bad,” Bree said. “I thought everything was good. I would go to bed before dessert and feel like Juno was killing it. So when I heard someone complain about the food, it was a shock to me.”

Andy then discusses the water park disaster. “How did the charter guest drift away on the paddleboard so far, and how was no one watching him?” he asked. “I think this was kind of a collaborative effort,” Gayle replied. Andy joked: “Cooperation, in not paying attention?”

Gael agreed. Andy added, “Isn’t it the crew’s job to keep an eye on guests when they’re out on the water toys?” “Sure. Like I said, it’s a collaborative effort,” Gayle replied. Yes. Let’s hope the crew can turn it around on the next flight!

Below Deck Mediterranean airs Mondays at 9/8c on Bravo.
