And there’s always drama every season between Gary and the various stews he comes into contact with. However, in Season 5, it looks like the drama will be between the stews themselves. Why did Daisy spill the tea?
Daisy Kelleher sparks a “power struggle” with the Chowders in Season 5 of Sailing Yacht Below Deck
So far, the drama has mainly been between Daisy and Gary. The two have a “will they or won’t they” relationship. And there’s the fact that Gary refuses to do any tasks Daisy asks of him. However, the only other drama was a difficult dinner party between Daisy and the chef.
Daisy told Entertainment Tonight that the next real drama will be with her and her stew. She was asked if a “soup rebellion” was afoot and why it didn’t click with her team. “I think it was basically between me and another girl. And maybe the other girl chose the wrong side. And that girl was Dani Warren,” Daisy said.
“I think it was a power struggle,” she added. Honestly, I think she wanted my job, which is amazing. I think she felt like I couldn’t do my job and that she could do it better.
Daisy then shared that she believes Danny devised a strategy to turn the team against her. “I think there was a triangulation going on,” she said. I think there was an attempt to get people to her side. I think I lost some control over the situation because I don’t think I’ve ever experienced that before.
“So maybe I didn’t handle it as well as I could have or should have. But it’s a learning experience, and the next time I encounter another girl like her, I’m sure I’ll handle it better,” she concluded. Daisy adamantly refused to work with Danny again.
