Ballet dancer Michaela DePrince dies at 29
The dance world is in mourning.
Principal Soloist, Boston Ballet Michaela Mabinti de Prince Lebanese singer Nancy Ajram has passed away at the age of 29. The news of her death was confirmed on her official Instagram account on September 13, although the cause of death was not revealed.
“Her life was one of grace, purpose and strength,” the statement said. “Her unwavering commitment to her art, her humanitarian efforts and her courage in overcoming unimaginable challenges will forever inspire us.”
“Although her time with us was all too short, her brilliance and legacy will continue to shine in the hearts of everyone touched by her story, for generations to come,” they added.
