What could go wrong? Well, according to the show’s host, Joel Kim PosterEverything went wrong with Shannon. Ashley was shocked when she heard Joel’s accusations.

It’s natural for the cast to bond when filming the show together. Ashley and Shannon likely formed a strong relationship during their past turbulent relationships. So it’s no surprise that Ashley was shocked when she heard what Joel had to say about her new friend.
In the now-deleted posts, Joel talked about his experience filming with Shannon. The Queens of Bravo shared some gems we wrote about them. He said Shannon was a “pathetic drunk on a reality TV show” and that “doesn’t give you license to treat the people you work with like they’re less than human”.
Entertainment host Ricky Cornish interviewed Ashley to get her thoughts on what happened. He asked: “Is there any reaction you have from seeing Joel’s posts online? Since I was there filming Love Hotel and worked with Shannon on the show.
“Yes, I mean obviously this actually came up the day we left. So, it completely caught everyone by surprise. And out of respect for Shannon, who we all communicate with. Luann, Giselle, Shannon and I are very vocal about how to handle this,” Ashley responded. We want to be really sensitive to Shannon.
She then shared that she couldn’t believe what happened. “Just to say it was very shocking,” Ashley continued. Very shocking. And Joel, I give him props. He did a great job on the show, as you’ll see. But that was very surprising. They took us all completely out of left field.
