Alexis Bellino Engaged to John Janssen After Nine Months
It’s official, guys! Alexis Bellino and John Jansen They’re engaged. It’s the latest surprising update in the whirlwind love story that’s rocked The Real Housewives of Orange County.
For those following along, it only took nine months of dating for John to pop the question. Interestingly, they both cite the failure of their previous relationships as a reason their partnership blossomed.
Alexis confirmed her engagement with a sweet Instagram post, where she shared a photo of herself and John, both with big smiles on their faces. The only thing more prominent than John’s smile was the massive stone on Alexis’ finger.

I am so in love with you and the beautiful life we are building together. And the answer is 100,000,000% YES.”
In a statement to People magazine, the couple’s rep confirmed that it was real. Alexis and John got engaged on Tuesday, August 27, while celebrating their nine-month wedding anniversary. The two took a trip to San Isidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, California, when he popped the question.
“John and Alexis are happily engaged and look forward to their long and happy future together as husband and wife,” the couple’s representative confirmed.
Of course, it seems like just yesterday when John was in a serious relationship with Shannon Beador. Plus, Alexis was engaged to her ex for three years before calling it quits in September 2023. When John and Alexis had a chance encounter on The Quiet Woman, they ended up getting closer despite their broken hearts. Now, they’ve found their happiness with each other.
A source close to the couple explained that the duo were supportive companions in their single life, adding: “This shared background coupled with a mutual attraction made it easy for Alexis and John to form a natural relationship.”
