After 18 episodes of tears, fighting, and backstabbing, season 11 of Vanderpump is here

After 18 episodes of tears, fighting and backstabbing, season 11 of the drama and horror series Vanderpump Rules It’s officially over. The drama-filled three-part reunion concluded on Tuesday, May 28, with an emotional final hour. As expected, the reunion mainly centered around Tom Sandoval and the fallout from the “scandal.” Cover band a star The performer has once again struggled to show remorse over the affair and fans have questioned his motives. As for the other men on the stage, they managed to remain relatively unscathed. Tom Schwartz took some blame for his treatment of Joe Weinberg, but at least this time he wasn’t on the hook for his complicity in a months-long affair.

Now that Season 11 is over, let’s revisit the age-old question, “Who’s the number one guy in the group?”

Here are VPR’s every-man rankings for Season 11:

Tom Sandoval – at the bottom

Sandoval was once the center of the VPR gang but after his relationship with Rachel Levis came to light, the group demoted him. He had few allies in season eleven and spent most of his time trying to mend his friendships within the cast. Some cast members were willing to reconcile with the fallen Bravo star, but he was still in limbo.

Not only was he out with his friends but the viewers at home have yet to forgive him. Ariana Madix remained a fan favorite and Sandoval couldn’t make her the villain. His redemption arc was a bust and left fans feeling like he didn’t take responsibility for hurting his ex-girlfriend.

Season 11 didn’t make him seem like a likable underdog. Fans watched him call Ariana “lazy” and make excuses for his involvement in the affair. His rude comments at the reunion didn’t help either.

It’s safe to say that his “No. 1 guy in the group” status has been revoked.

Tom Schwartz – There with Sandoval

Schwartz wasn’t quite as isolated as Sandoval this season but he was still on thin ice. The actors saw Schwartz as complicit in the affair. At the beginning of the season, he was not in good standing with Ariana and Katie Maloney, which hurt his representation in the group. As the season progressed, more were brought into the fold. He wasn’t enemy number one but he managed to make some people angry. His teammates criticized him for bringing Joe in. Meanwhile, fans at home called on him to drive it. Overall, this was not his best season.

James Kennedy – An unexpected fan favorite

James Kennedy has completely transformed during his time at VPR. When he first joined the staff, he was a rude boy in his twenties who didn’t care much about other people’s feelings. In Season 11, he was a new man. He was a good friend and a good dog owner. He stayed (mostly) level-headed and stood up for the ladies in the group. I love that.

His transformation from villain to fan favorite actually began in Season 10 after his breakup with Rachel. Fans started saying, “Wait, are we rooting for DJ James Kennedy?” He may not be the No. 1 guy in the group but he has certainly moved up the ranks.

Brock Davies – Man No. 1

You may be surprised to see Shayna Shay’s husband, Brooke Davis, at the top of this list, but hear me out. Yes, he hasn’t been on the show for long, but he really showed up this season. He was not afraid to voice his opinion and offered a unique perspective on the situation. He had some sympathy for Sandoval’s position but did not defend it blindly. When Sandoval came for Chyna, Brock put him in his place. Sure he wasn’t completely supportive of Ariana but I think his lack of blind loyalty made the season more compelling.

We also got to see more of him in dad mode this season, which was pretty cool. The Australian native has proven to be a dedicated and present father to Summer Moon and it’s great to watch. He has also been a present figure for Lala Kent and her daughter, Ocean.

I’m giving the “No. 1 guy in the group” crown to Brock for his actions in Season 11. Let’s see how long he can hang on to it.
