Aaron Vipers is facing creditor legal action over a six-figure sum

When we first met Aaron Vipers On The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Denise Richards He was running around showing off his junk. As we learned more about him, we learned that he ran a holistic treatment center. Basically, he said he knew the secret to curing cancer, and then Dennis claimed they were followed because of their immense knowledge of the subject.

Unfortunately, Aaron’s noble work in health doesn’t seem to be paying the bills. He has been in a heated dispute with a creditor over a six-figure debt for some time. Now, word on the street is that they have once again threatened him with legal action.

Aaron’s large and enormous debts

In Touch got the scoop on Aaron’s legal troubles. According to court documents, this financial crisis began in 2022 when he defaulted on a business loan he took out in November 2019. The loan was obtained through his “frequency healing center,” called Quantum Epigenetics Consulting.

At first glance, this all sounds like something out of a science fiction movie, but it’s all very real. When Aaron failed to repay the business loan, a collections company called the Creditors’ Resolution Bureau sued him for the $190,000 he owed on the loan. In response, Aaron blamed his financial woes on the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ultimately, he was able to reach an agreement with the creditor. They offered him a payment plan, where he would have to make monthly payments of $10,000 from October 2023 to March 2024. Aaron allegedly only made four of those required payments. He missed his February payment, so the Creditors’ Resolution Office sued him again. He’s basically back to square one.

In the last step, the creditor asked the court to issue a judgment against him in the amount of $228,000. They want their money, and they want it now. Meanwhile, Aaron has not responded to his latest legal threat.

News of Aaron’s financial trouble comes just days after Denise announced their return to reality TV. Aaron, Denise and their kids are set to launch a new show on E! Tentatively titled Denise Richards and The Wild Things. It will premiere sometime in 2025, so maybe we’ll get a first-hand look at some of these financial woes. Unfortunately for Aaron, this particular situation may not have a happy ending.
