viagramof – Zamalek goalkeeper Mohamed Awad has been ruled out of the team’s plans for the upcoming season, after his contract with the White Castle expired.

Zamalek excludes Mohamed Awad from its calculations for the next season

According to what was published by the “Kora Plus” website, the Zamalek club management confirms that an agreement has not been reached with Mohamed Awad, the team’s goalkeeper, regarding extending his contract, which was due to expire at the end of the past season, so the goalkeeper is out of the club’s calculations for the next season.

The website explained that Zamalek Club will sign a new goalkeeper this summer to replace Mohamed Awad, in addition to the duo Mohamed Sobhi and Mahmoud El-Shennawy.

Press reports recently stated that Mohamed Awad had entered into a dispute with the Zamalek club management over his salary in his new contract, after he insisted on receiving 15 million pounds annually, while the management offered only 8 million.

It is noteworthy that Mohamed Awad joined Zamalek Club in the summer of 2019, coming from Ismaily.
