viagramof – Zamalek club has begun taking its first legal steps against Gabonese professional Aaron Boupendza after his transfer to Rapid Bucharest in Romania.

Zamalek prepares to sue Boupendza

Former Al-Shabab player, Boupendza, arrived in Romania today in preparation for completing his official move to Rapid Bucharest.

Last Sunday, Zamalek Club announced the arrival of the international card for player Boupendza and the signing of a contract agreement.

Zamalek officials were waiting for Boupendza to arrive in Cairo to complete the procedures for his transfer, but the player’s destination changed to Romania to represent Rapid Bucharest.

Adham confirmed that the Zamalek administration has all the legal papers that condemn Boupendza and guarantee the club’s rights.

He pointed out that the club’s lawyer received a file containing all the contracts and agreements signed by Boupendza in preparation for submitting it to the relevant authorities in the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) due to his failure to abide by them and his refusal to come to Cairo on the specified date.
