Al-Nasr training witnessed the participation of Mukhtar Ali, after recovering from the injury he sustained in the Al-Hazm match in the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Cup, which ended with Al-Alamy winning by two goals to one.
The Italian coach used youth level goalkeepers Mubarak Al-Buainain and Abdullah Al-Shammari during the training that took place yesterday evening, Saturday.
Pioli’s request came due to the absence of Al-Nasr’s goalkeeper trio from training, as the Brazilian Pinto joined his country’s national team and Raghed Al-Najjar joined the Falcons camp, while Nawaf Al-Aqidi is suffering from injury, according to Al-Riyadiah newspaper, today.
The Al-Nasr team is preparing to play the Al-Shabab match, which will be held at the latter’s stadium, at nine o’clock in the evening next Friday, as part of the seventh round of the Roshan Saudi Professional League Championship.
It is worth noting that Al-Nasr team occupies third place in the Saudi Roshan League standings with 14 points, while Al-Shabab team comes in fourth place with 12 points.
