Al-Shabab targets Aubameyang and Adams
Portuguese Rafa Silva, a Benfica player, is on the list of names wanted by Al-Shabab Club in the new season, according to journalist Ben Jacob, via his account on the social networking site “X” this Thursday morning.
He pointed out that Al-Shabab club also wants to sign a contract with Gabonese Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, a former Barcelona and Arsenal player and currently a French player from Marseille, in addition to Che Adams, a player for the English club Southampton.
He explained that Al-Shabab Club is considered one of the most active Saudi clubs so far this summer and now hopes to bring in at least two big names in the coming weeks.
He confirmed that Gabonese Aubameyang is considered a long-term Saudi goal, while he faces competition to include the player Adams, in light of the desire of Wolverhampton and Nottingham Forest to sign the Scottish player.
He stressed that Al-Shabab hopes to convince him to move to Saudi Arabia instead, and has also been working on a Silva deal since early May, as was revealed last month.
