Alexander-Arnold’s contract at Anfield expires at the end of the 2024/25 season but the Premier League giants have no interest in a potential January exit.
The latest update indicates, however, that Liverpool have resigned themselves to losing their defender at the end of the season, with Real Madrid interested in obtaining his services.

However, a report from Talksport said that Barcelona, Real Madrid’s arch and historical rival, is considering a bold move to target Arnold, and the same goes for Bayern Munich.
It does not appear that Barcelona’s delicate financial situation will help him in his endeavors and will not be a major concern for Real Madrid, as there is no money to pay in transfer fees, and more players are expected to leave Catalonia in the coming months.
