viagramof – Mahmoud Hamdy “Al-Wansh”, defender of the first football team of Zamalek Club, performed qualifying exercises this Sunday morning, on the sidelines of the friendly match currently being held against Eastern Company at the club’s stadium, as part of Al-Abyad’s preparations for the local Super Championship.
Rehabilitation and physical exercises for the winch
Al-Wansh went through special rehabilitation and physical sessions under the leadership of Mario Tomljanovic, the team’s physical trainer, as part of the program set for him to gradually prepare the player to participate in group training with the team.
Al-Winch’s participation in group training will be gradual, according to scientific systems, for a period ranging from 4 to 6 weeks, after which the player will be ready to participate in group training fully.
The Zamalek team is preparing to participate in the local Super Championship scheduled to be held in the Emirates during the period from 20 to 24 October, with the participation of Al-Ahly, Pyramids and Ceramica Cleopatra clubs.
