The press conference comes to reveal the details of Khaled Massad’s retirement ceremony, according to Okaz newspaper, through its account on the social networking site “X” this Friday evening.
Khaled Massad’s retirement ceremony is scheduled to be held in mid-November, with two matches, the first between his friends against Generation 94, and the other between two teams whose details will be revealed at the conference.
During the conference, Khaled Massad, nicknamed “The Elegant,” will announce the names of the players expected to participate in the celebration and the full programs for the ceremony.
Khaled Massad began his football career in the youth club of Al-Ahly club in 1402, where the famous Brazilian Tele Santana promoted him to the first team in 1406, when he was not yet 17 years old.
Massad won only two championships with Al-Ahly, in 1998, the Crown Prince Cup and 2001, the Prince Faisal bin Fahd Cup. He also participated with the Saudi national team in the 94th World Cup and the 96th Asian Cup, which Al-Akhdar achieved, and he moved to Al-Ittihad Club at the end of his football career.
