Inzaghi: Inter Milan’s rivals are getting stronger
Inzaghi said, in statements reported by: Football Italia website“We just have to look at ourselves, other teams are getting stronger, they have the same goal as us.”
He continued: “It is difficult to play in the August atmosphere, so we will have to suffer even in matches that are supposed to be easy on paper.”
“I saw the team maintain the right level of focus and commitment in the first two matches of the season,” Inzaghi added.
He added: “We always need to be ambitious, but I have no doubts, especially since the young players are training well.”
The Inter coach continued: “I think we played a good match against Genoa on Saturday, even though we conceded two avoidable goals.”
He added: “We are Inter Milan, we always want to win, so it is normal that we were not happy this week, but I saw some positive signs despite the unsatisfactory result.”
