Roy Keane harshly criticizes Eriksen’s statement

Kane said, in quoted statements British newspaper Daily Mail“I would feel disgusted if I left after any match feeling that the opponent wanted match points more than us.”

Kane expressed his opinion that the team needs a better version of the Danish star, saying: “Eriksen will not close the gap with Manchester City or Liverpool, certainly not.”

He continued: “The team will win some matches, but it will lose many. I am not sure that there is a team there. I want to know what the team’s culture is in the training field, who sets the requirements, who motivates the players, and who helps the young stars.”

Kane continued: “The question now is whether the big players are suitable and want to accomplish the task against Twente instead of coming out and saying that the competitor wanted the match more than us.”
