The report indicated that negotiations between Sane and his agent with Bayern Munich’s management to reach a new contract are currently on hold, because the German club asked its player to reduce his salary.

Sane’s contract with Bayern Munich expires in June 2025, which means that non-German clubs are able to negotiate with him as of January 1.
