Most press reports had made it clear that the Bavarian giant had reached an agreement regarding the contract with the 22-year-old player during the current summer transfer period, after a competition with Chelsea for the deal.

Olise had joined Crystal Palace in the summer of 2021, for 9.30 million euros, coming from Reading, England.
