According to what was published by the “Youm7” website, the Al-Ahly club management decided to extend and amend the contract of Hamza Alaa, the team’s goalkeeper, after returning from participating with the Egyptian national team in the Paris Olympics, as part of the club’s plan to preserve the team’s talents in the coming period.
The website indicated that the Al-Ahly club management intends to extend Hamza Alaa’s contract for a long period in anticipation of his going out on loan this summer, in order to gain more experience before returning again to the Red Team.
Hamza Alaa appeared in a distinctive way with the Egyptian Olympic team during the group stage of the Paris Olympics, after keeping a clean sheet in two matches out of three.
