Kohler insists on keeping Mohamed El-Shennawy at Al-Ahly
According to what was published by Al-Ahram newspaper, Swiss Marcel Koller, coach of Al-Ahly Club, insists on Mohamed El-Shennawy continuing with the team next season, after there was an official offer from one of the Saudi teams to include him this summer.
The newspaper indicated that Marcel Koller left the decision to Mohamed El-Shennawy, Al-Ahly goalkeeper, regarding his future with the team, whether to accept the Saudi offer or reject it, although he wants the captain to continue with the Red Castle during the next season.
The newspaper confirmed that Khaled Bebo, the football director at Al-Ahly Club, will meet with Mohamed El-Shennawy, during the coming period, in order to know his final decision regarding his future with the Red Team.
Egyptian press reports recently stated that the Saudi Al-Wehda Club wants to sign Mohamed El-Shennawy, Al-Ahly goalkeeper, during the current summer transfer period.
