viagramof – A press report today revealed the position of Mohamed El-Shenawy, Al-Ahly club goalkeeper, regarding the match against Ceramica Cleopatra, on October 20, in the semi-finals of the Egyptian Super Cup in the Emirates.
Mohamed El-Shenawy supports Al-Ahly against Ceramica Cleopatra
According to what was published by Al-Ahram website, Mohamed El-Shenawy suffered a cut in his face during the match between Egypt and Mauritania, yesterday, in the fourth round of the African qualifiers for the 2025 Cup of Nations in Morocco, which will not prevent him from participating with Al-Ahly club against Ceramica Cleopatra.
He pointed out that communications took place between Al-Ahly’s doctor and his counterpart in the Egyptian national team, which revealed that there were no problems with Mohamed El-Shenawy joining the match against Ceramica Cleopatra.
Yesterday, the Egyptian national team qualified for the 2025 African Cup of Nations finals in Morocco, after defeating Mauritania with a clean goal scored by Ibrahim Adel.
It is noteworthy that the Al-Ahly club delegation will travel to the Emirates tomorrow in order to compete in the Egyptian Super Cup, scheduled for October 20 to 24.
