viagramof – A press report revealed today the position of Brazilian Bento Matheus, goalkeeper of the Saudi Al-Nasr Club, regarding playing the Al-Ahly match scheduled for tomorrow, within the competitions of the third round of the league championship.
Pinto included in Al-Nasr squad to face Al-Ahly
According to what was published by the Saudi newspaper “Al-Youm”, the Portuguese Luis Castro, coach of Al-Nasr Club, will include the Brazilian Bento Matheus, in the team’s roster to face Al-Ahly tomorrow, although he will arrive in Riyadh at dawn of the match and then enter the Yellows’ camp immediately.
Brazilian Bento Matheus was on the bench for the Brazilian national team, which lost to Paraguay yesterday by a clean goal, in the South American qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
It is noteworthy that the Brazilian Pinto Matheus joined the ranks of the Saudi Al-Nassr Club last summer for 18 million euros, coming from Atletico Paranaense.
Al-Nassr Saudi Club tied with Al-Raed 1-1 and defeated Al-Fayha 4-1 in the first and second rounds of the league championship.
