Spot 360 – Juventus suffered a heavy defeat against German side Nuremberg, with three clean goals, in their first friendly match in preparation for the new season with coach Thiago Motta.

The new coach introduced new young players to his squad, while relying on new arrival Khephren Thuram alongside Locatelli in midfield.

While Motta pushed Fabio Miretti to support Sekolov, Cominencia and Luis Hasa, who are from the youth team “Juventus Next Gen” that participates in the third division.

Three-goal loss in Juve’s first preparatory match with Motta

Kaspar Gander scored for Miroslav Klose’s team in the 19th minute, while Dustin Forkel added the second goal after a cross he directed into the Juve net in the air, and Tim Janisch added the third goal at the Max Morlock Stadium, the German team’s stadium.

Thiago Motta fielded some familiar faces in the Juventus squad such as Federico Gatti, Dusan Vlahovic and Fagioli, in addition to Timothy Weah, Cambiasso, Mattia Perin and new signing Juan David Cabal.
