Saudi 360 – The Saudi Al-Qadisiyah Club announced today, Monday, the signing of Belgian goalkeeper Koen Casteels, coming from German club Wolfsburg.
Castiles is the new goalkeeper for Al-Qadisiyah
Al-Qadisiyah, newly promoted to the Saudi Roshen League, has signed a contract with Wolfsburg goalkeeper Casteels to guard the team’s goal in next season’s competitions.
Al-Qadisiyah Club indicated, through its official account on the “X” social media platform, that Quinn Castiles will wear the team’s logo until 2027.
According to what was reported by the Saudi newspaper Al-Riyadiya, the value of Quinn Castiles’ transfer to Al-Qadisiyah is $10 million.
Koen Casteels began his sporting career with Genk, then moved to German club Hoffenheim in 2011, and spent a short loan period with Werder Bremen before joining Wolfsburg in 2015.
During his sporting career, Castiles played 321 matches with the clubs he played for, making 457 saves and keeping a clean sheet in 94 matches.
