Saudi 360 – The Asian Football Confederation decided to move the match between Al-Nasr Saudi Arabia and its host Esteghlal, within the AFC Champions League Elite Championship, outside Iran due to security tensions.
Shabab Al-Ahly Stadium hosts the match between Al-Nasr and Iranian Independence
The Al-Nasr team will meet its Iranian counterpart, Esteghlal, on October 22, in the third round of the league stage in the AFC Elite Champions League.
It was decided to move the Al-Nasr match against Esteghlal to a neutral stadium chosen by the host Iranian team.
The Saudi Al-Riyadiya newspaper revealed that the Al-Nasr and Iranian Esteghlal match will be held at Shabab Al-Ahly Club Stadium in Dubai.
The Saudi newspaper indicated that tickets for the match Victory Esteghlal will be released electronically three days before the match, and the stadium can accommodate 12,000 spectators.
Al-Nasr team has 4 points to its credit, occupying fourth place in the AFC Champions League standings, after drawing with Al-Shorta of Iraq 1-1 before beating Al-Rayyan of Qatar 2-1 in the last two rounds.
