Al-Ittihad officials are working to conclude a deal for Portuguese Danilo Pereira from Paris Saint-Germain, to strengthen the first football team’s defense line this season.
Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano confirmed via his account on the social media platform “X” that the union is in advanced negotiations to sign defender Danilo Pereira from Paris Saint-Germain.
Romano said that the deal for Danilo’s transfer to Al-Ittihad is in its final stages, and will be decided within hours of the last day of the summer transfer market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
It is reported that Danilo, who is 32 years old, joined Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2021 from Porto, Portugal, and his contract extends until June 2025.
Pereira participated in 157 matches with Paris Saint-Germain in all competitions, scoring 10 goals and making 3 assists.
