Saudi 360 – Al-Hilal Club proposed to its counterpart, Al-Ettifaq, to conclude an exchange deal before the end of the summer transfer market period on September 2nd.
Al Hilal requests to include Khaled Al Ghannam in exchange for a reserve player
The Saudi newspaper “Al-Riyadhiyah” stated that Al-Hilal Club requested to include Khaled Al-Ghannam, Al-Ettifaq winger, in an exchange deal.
The Saudi newspaper pointed out that Crescent Al-Ettif offered its young striker Abdullah Radif in exchange for Al-Ghannam.
According to the same source, a western club offered a sum of money to sign Khaled Al-Ghannam, but it was rejected, even though any club can break the penalty clause in his contract, which amounts to 60 million riyals.
Any club can sign Khaled Al-Ghannam through the “activated” penalty clause during the current summer transfer period only.
It is noteworthy that Khaled Al-Ghannam joined Al-Ettifaq last January, coming from Al-Nasr with a contract extending until 2028.
Khaled Al-Ghannam played 19 matches last season between Al-Nassr and Al-Ettifaq, provided one assist, and did not score any goals.
